Ivan Parra

Ivan Parra is a Principal consultant for the firm and focuses mainly on the in-house market for the DACH region.

Ivan is a long-term relationship builder who likes to regularly follow up with clients and candidates thus providing an ongoing service for everyone he advises and works with.

Before joining Hayes and Partners, Ivan worked at a specialised recruitment firm for the German market where he collaborated with DAX, MDAX and SDAX clients in their Legal, Tax, Compliance and Data Protection searches and build-ups.

In his spare time, Ivan enjoys F1, Tennis, reading, cooking and playing poker. Ivan Studied at Kingston University of London where he focused on International Relations with a Minor in Sociology.
